Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of photographing the wonderful Acosta family at the stunning State Botanical Garden of Georgia, a hidden gem right here in Athens, GA!
The Botanical Garden is one of the Classic City's best-kept secrets. With its vibrant blooms, lush greenery, and serene landscapes, it’s the perfect spot for a family portrait session—and also for engagements and weddings! This session was especially meaningful to us because two Acosta family members, Leticia and Joshua, are dear friends who tied the knot at the State Botanical Garden five years ago. Coming back with them to capture family portraits was truly heartwarming!!
We started the session early in the morning to take advantage of the soft, golden light filtering through the trees, often referred to as the "golden hour." This magical quality of light added an extra touch of enchantment to the photos. The garden’s diverse scenery provided a variety of picture-perfect settings that enhanced the natural charm of the Acosta family!
Photographing this beautiful family at the Botanical Garden was a wonderful experience, filled with laughter, love, and timeless moments. We’re grateful for the opportunity to create lasting memories for them in a place that holds such special significance!
